Spacious rooms with kitchenette equipped for family needs. Poolside setting provides ample relaxation space, even if some areas felt chilly.

Cleaning of rooms lacked consistency. Not all were serviced daily based on paid rate. Noise levels were excessive, with sounds easily traveling from adjacent rooms and walkways. Outdoor pools were notably cold, limiting enjoyment, especially for kids during cooler days. Dining selections were poor, leading to frequent outings for meals. Service inconsistencies presented challenges, particularly during mealtime.

The staff were enthusiastic, courteous and helped me with free parking. The breakfast was particularly good and offered plenty of options.

Fantastic Family Getaway with Amazing All-Inclusive Food!

We had a wonderful week enjoying the all-inclusive options. The poolside food was so nice! Especially the kids' club team, our little ones had a blast. Take advantage of the early evening entertainment before dinner to fully enjoy the experience.

The all-inclusive experience was good, with excellent buffet meals offering a variety of delicious dishes each night. The staff were friendly, we felt right at home, and the spacious room had a lovely balcony.

The wide range of activities kept us entertained throughout our six nights, and the various pools offered perfect spots for relaxation. The on-site supermarket was handy, with friendly staff and the convenience of room charge. The sound insulation in our suite was inadequate, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms, and some of the outdoor pools were chilly, especially as the weather turned cooler.

We had a royal terrace room and the hot tub was perfect especially on cooler days. Every meal we had was awesome even at the buffet, the food was really good.

It wasn't cheap but it was acceptable.

Chur! Pools are choice, heaps of fun for the kids, and the staff are super friendly. Just wish the cleaning was more consistent, eh? Bit of a letdown.

The Zafiro offers a well-equipped environment for families, with a good kids' splash pool and close proximity to various restaurants and beaches. The garden room with outside deck chairs provided ample space and comfort. The onsite supermarket was reasonably priced and convenient, with fresh bread available daily. The kids club staff were excellent, ensuring engaging activities for the children.

We had a fantastic time with our kids, especially enjoying the spacious layout of our suite and the amazing food variety. Just be prepared for some cold outdoor pools when the weather isn't great!
